• Interpreter Supervisor - Coordinator of the interpretive portion before and during the event, link between international lecturers and the interpreters.

• Operational Coordinator - Liaison between organizers and operational staff, responsible for supervising technical staff and service staff.

• Service Assistants - in charge of distribution of individual receivers and orientation of conference members.

• Technical Operators - In charge of installation, operation and technical assistance for simultaneous translation equipment.
